<p style=padding-right: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; margin: 0px 3px 15px; text-indent: 30px; padding-top: 0px; list-style-type: none>都江堰已有4个大气监测点位，针对PM10、氮氧化物、二氧化硫等国家指标进行监测和发布。2月29日国务院修订发布最新《环境空气质量标准》后，都江堰决定主动对标，将PM2.5纳入质量监测体系，并向群众实时提供空气质量监测状况。
<p style=padding-right: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; margin: 0px 3px 15px; text-indent: 30px; padding-top: 0px; list-style-type: none>目前， 该市已拨款200余万元购买PM2.5监测设备，将在城区现有的两个大气监测点位“文庙公园”和“新环保大楼”增设PM2.5采样分析系统；在青城山景区内，还将新建一座监测站点，按照“新国标”下环境空气质量标准，监测指标从原来的3项增加到7项，涵盖气象5参数、二氧化硫、二氧化氮、PM2.5、PM10等项目。首批3个监测点位预计年内完成增建或新建。投用后，都江堰市将通过政府网站、官方微博、地方媒体及景区公示牌等渠道，对监测数据进行每小时滚动公布。
<p style=padding-right: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; margin: 0px 3px 15px; text-indent: 30px; padding-top: 0px; list-style-type: none>另外两座监测站点也将加快完善提升，最终形成符合“新国标”要求的监测体系。在首批监测点位选择上，“文庙公园”位于都江堰主城区的古城核心范围，对城区大气质量状况展现最为直观；“新环保大楼”位于都江堰新建城区，可以监测都江堰高速发展区域的空气质量情况；而青城山是都江堰市重要风景区，空气质量的实时发布也能让游客对当地环境印象更为直观。
<p style=padding-right: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; margin: 0px 3px 15px; text-indent: 30px; padding-top: 0px; list-style-type: none>都江堰市环保局负责人表示，建立PM2.5空气质量监测发布系统，既是都江堰积极响应“新国标”，为提升宜人、宜居环境水准做出的努力，也是为国际旅游城市建设目标做铺垫。作为成都平原自然生态屏障和水源涵养地，都江堰环境质量优良率一直名列全省前列。2011年平均API指数为48，达到国家环境空气质量一级标准，空气质量优210天、良154天，优良率达到99.7%。
